Eligibility Requirements
Compliance with Ecojet's Partnership Criteria is an integral part of the pre-tender process. Only after verifying your eligibility will you gain access to participate in our procurement process and receive the tender documentation.
To be considered as a partner with Ecojet, organisations must meet the following minimum requirements:
Operational Excellence: A proven track record of reliable, high-quality service delivery or product provision in your respective industry (e.g., ground handling, maintenance, catering, or supply).
Financial Stability: Demonstrate financial health and the ability to support long-term collaboration, including audited financial statements from the last three years.
Regulatory Compliance: Full adherence to all applicable international and local regulations relevant to your industry, including safety, labour, and environmental laws.
Commitment to Ecojet Values: Tangible evidence of sticking to the values across all aspects of business operations.

Application and Evaluation Process
To apply to become an Ecojet partner, organisations must complete the following steps:
Submit Comprehensive Documentation: In response to RFP, provide business credentials, financial statements, proof of regulatory compliance, and a detailed report of current sustainability and ethical practices.
Initial Review: Ecojet’s partnership team will review submissions to ensure alignment with our criteria.
Further Evaluation: For shortlisted applicants, Ecojet may conduct site visits, interviews, or audits to assess compliance with our operational, environmental, and ethical standards.
Final Decision: Successful candidates will be notified upon meeting the Partnership Criteria and granted access to the next steps of the procurement process, including the tender documentation. If selected, partnership agreements will be formalised to define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations. These agreements will include the Suppliers’ Code of Conduct, ensuring alignment with our values, principles, and best practices throughout the collaboration.
